1. Who we are

Ausmi ("we") is run by Seller legal name · to be completed before launch, address · to be completed before launch, email · to be completed before launch. Payments are processed by Merchant of Record name · to be completed before launch, which is the seller of record for your purchase. Its terms also apply at checkout.

2. What Ausmi is

Ausmi offers numerology, astrology, tarot and symbolic body-metaphor ("psychosomatics") content for self-reflection and entertainment.

• It does not predict events and is not scientifically proven.
• It is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. For health concerns, see a doctor. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
• You decide what to do with any reading.

3. Who can use it

You must be 18 or older. By using Ausmi you confirm this. If we learn an account belongs to someone under 18, we will close it and delete its data.

4. Your account

Keep your login safe. You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account. This deletes your saved people, readings and notes (see the Privacy Policy).

5. Other people's data

Some readings (compatibility, past relationships) use another adult's birth date and a nickname. You may enter it only if you already know it, and you must not use Ausmi to look up, track, contact or harass anyone. Use a nickname, not a full name. You are responsible for what you enter. We may remove content and close accounts that misuse this.

6. Purchases and subscriptions

Prices are shown before you pay. One-off readings give lasting access to that reading while the service runs. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; see the Subscription Terms. Your statutory consumer rights (including any right of withdrawal or refund in your country) are not affected.

7. Acceptable use

Don't: break the law; copy or resell our content; scrape, reverse-engineer or overload the service; enter data about minors; post content about others that is abusive or defamatory.

8. Our content

Texts, design, code and the Ausmi name belong to us or our licensors. Card images are based on the public-domain 1909 Waite–Smith deck; our frames, backs and texts are ours. You may share your own share cards and short quotes for personal, non-commercial use.

9. Changes and availability

We may change or stop features. If we make an important change to these Terms, we'll tell you in the app or by email before it applies. If you've prepaid for something we stop providing, we'll refund the unused part.

10. Liability

We provide Ausmi "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for decisions you make based on readings, or for indirect losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law (e.g. for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your mandatory consumer rights).

11. Ending

You can stop using Ausmi at any time. We may suspend accounts that seriously break these Terms; we'll tell you why, unless the law prevents it.

12. Law and disputes

These Terms are governed by governing law · to be completed before launch. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and can bring claims in your local courts.
