Withdraw from contract

If you live in the EU or the UK, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days. Send us the request below and we'll confirm it by email.

1. Tap the button: an email opens with the subject and text filled in.
2. Add the email you used for the purchase and the purchase date.
3. Send it. We'll confirm by email and refund under the Subscription terms.

One-off readings: if you ticked "I want access now" and the reading was delivered, the 14-day right no longer applies. We still refund if you didn't open the reading, or after a technical problem or a double charge.
